Chef Stuart Partridge is based in Toronto,Canada. A culinary career that has led him from  restaurants, embassies and hotels of Ottawa the nations capital.

Traveling to Italy to become first Canadian Chef to manage one of Europe’s most prestigious 5 star hotels…The Hotel Hassler of Rome, Italy.

His career then took him to Amman Jordan where he managed the kitchens of the Royal Palaces for King Hussein and Queen Noor of Jordan.

Upon returning to North America Chef Partridge cooked for some of the most wealthy and influential families in the United States and Canada.
